Sources & licensing policy

ScholarNotion aggregates metadata from reusable feeds and requires attribution on every item.

Primary sources (metadata ingestion)

  • arXiv RSS (cs.AI)
  • PLOS ONE Atom feed
  • Our World in Data Atom feed

Current source config file: /Users/jasper/Documents/codex/scholarnotion/data/open_sources.json

Allowed ingestion scope

  • Title, URL, publication date, authors, short summary metadata.
  • No full-text mirroring of third-party articles.
  • All published briefs link back to original source.

Secondary editorial mode

  • Editors write original commentary in English.
  • Only short quotations when strictly needed.
  • Each insight must include attribution and source links.
